  • Where legally required as part of compliance screenings: date of birth, ID and ID numbers, information on relevant legal proceedings and other legal disputes involving business partners.

WECUBEX processes the personal data for the following purposes: Communication with business partners about products, services and projects, e.g. to process enquiries from the business partner or to provide technical information about products,

  • Planning, execution and administration of the (contractual) business relationship between WECUBEX and the business partner, e.g. to process the ordering of products and services, to collect payments, for accounting and billing purposes and to carry out deliveries, maintenance activities or repairs,

WECUBEX online offers are hosted at strato.de. Your data can be stored via the data storage, the databases and the general strato and wix.com of the respective companies. They store your data DVSGO compliant on secure servers behind a firewall.

V. STORAGE PERIODS

If no explicit storage period is specified at the time of collection (e.g. as part of a declaration of consent), your personal data will be deleted if it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. retention obligations under commercial and tax law) prevent deletion.

VI. REVOCABILITY OF DECLARATIONS OF CONSENT GIVEN

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the revocation. After revocation, WECUBEX may only continue to process the personal data to the extent that WECUBEX can base the processing on another legal basis.
